** Terms of Service**
✧ General Terms of Service ✧
- By commissioning me for any artwork, you agree to these terms of service.
- Before any work can be started, payment must be made in full. This includes rough sketches.
- A delivery date will be provided for the sketch and then again after approval.
- A sketch will be provided for approval before line art and coloring. After approval, any major changes such as pose, add/remove big features, etc. will incur a fee.
- I reserve the right to decline an art request.✧ Payment ✧
- Payments only accepted via Etsy at this time.
- All prices are listed in USD (United State Dollars).✧ Refunds ✧
- Full refunds are only available if I have not started any sketching (In Queue/Waitlist). You will receive a refund less 25% if your commission has already been started. After a sketch has been approved and I begin the line art stage, refunds are not able to be offered. Please keep an eye on the process
- I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the commission at any time during the art process.
- If a chargeback is filed, you forfeit all rights to the artwork and may not request another commission.✧ Property Rights ✧
- Once I have completed your commission, it's yours and you may upload it anywhere and use it as you see fit for your brand!
- I reserve the right to share my artwork for references, portfolios, social media and examples.
- Crediting me when posting or displaying is not required, but it's always nice! :)
